We endeavour to comply with the policies and guidelines of the platform stores through which our Service is distributed. This includes, but is not limited to, the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Specifically:

Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PlayBlizz's applications, websites, and services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms that may apply to certain features.
2. Access & Accounts
- To use some features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least the minimum age required by applicable local law to form a binding contract to use the Service.

In-app purchases and subscriptions may be available. Purchases are processed by the platform store (Google Play, Apple App Store) or third-party payment processors. Refunds are subject to the store or processor policies. If you purchase through a platform, that platform's terms and fees apply.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos and software provided by PlayBlizz are the property of PlayBlizz or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
7. User-Generated Content
By submitting content (comments, chat messages, avatars) you grant PlayBlizz a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute that content within the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Certain provisions (e.g., IP, indemnity, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
9. Disclaimers & Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". PlayBlizz disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayBlizz (and its officers, directors, employees and agents) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits resulting from use of the Service.
